BecomeOne creates real, stigma free spaces where teens, families, and communities can show up as they are, feel seen, and breathe a little easier. Through walks, workshops, and creative projects, we turn hard conversations about mental health and suicide into chances to learn tools, build connection, and keep hope living together.
Interactive sessions where teens practice naming feelings, building resilience, and finding support together.
Annual gatherings honoring loved ones, sharing stories, and connecting with mental wellness resources.
Guided activities that help caregivers and youth talk openly, listen deeply, and rebuild trust.
BecomeOne, Inc is a Virginia-based, Latino- and female-led nonprofit created in response to rising teen suicide and a heartbreaking community loss. We bring over 20 years of mental health, education, and crisis experience to build real-world tools, creative spaces, and honest conversations that help youth and families choose hope and stay connected.
We bring people together through stories, art, workshops, and community walks. Teens, families, and schools learn simple, practical tools for everyday mental wellness and suicide prevention. In our spaces, you can listen, share if you're ready, and leave with next steps, resources, and real connections that help hope keep living.
