Support Groups are where we sit in a circle - sometimes literally - and drop the mask for a while. These spaces are especially for youth navigating big feelings, as well as individuals and families touched by suicide or intense mental health struggles.
We keep our groups small and guided by trained facilitators so they feel safe and grounded. This isn't a place where anyone is pressured to share their deepest secrets. You choose how much you want to say; listening quietly is just as welcome as talking.
For teens and young adults, our groups focus on things like anxiety, stress, grief, self-worth, and the impact of social media. We talk about what it's really like to carry all of that and still show up at school, sports, or work as if everything's fine. Together, we explore healthy coping tools, ways to ask for help, and what it means to support a friend who's struggling.
We also hold support circles for suicide loss survivors and those with lived experience of suicidal thoughts. In these groups, there's room for tears, anger, confusion, and hope. People share their stories at their own pace and learn they're not "crazy" or alone for feeling what they feel. We provide gentle structure, grounding exercises, and clear information about additional resources and crisis support like 988.
Every group is stigma-free, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect. We're not here to fix anyone. We're here to remind each person that their story matters, that what they're feeling is valid, and that sitting with others who truly get it can make the weight a little easier to carry.
If you or a young person in your life needs a place to breathe, connect, and feel understood, these groups can be a powerful first step.
